Insurance Benefits
Comprehensive health insurance plans that includes medical, dental, life, vision, and prescription coverage.
PPR offers a comprehensive health insurance plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision, and prescription coverage. PPR has three options for you to choose from. We have a Basic coverage plan, a Premium PPO plan and a High Deductible Health Plan. PPR pays the majority of your premiums and the remainder is deducted from your paycheck. Dependent coverage is also available under PPR’s group plans.
Supplemental Insurance
Additional Life Insurance
Additional term life insurance is available for purchase up to $500,000. When you choose one of our insurance plans you will automatically get a $25,000 life insurance policy.
Short Term Disability
PPR offers short term disability (available for purchase) for all associates payable at 60% of the associate’s weekly salary with a 30-day waiting period.
Long Term Disability
PPR offers long term disability (available for purchase) for all associates payable at 60% of the associate’s monthly salary with a 180-day waiting period.
Professional Liability & Worker’s Compensation Insurance
Both premiums are paid 100% by PPR. If you have been injured on the job, please download the Worker's Compensation Claim Form and fax it in to PPR immediately.
We at PPR Healthcare Staffing take our responsibility as an employer very seriously. We go to great lengths and expense to provide a safe working environment and workers compensation insurance for our employees. We deal promptly with meritorious and legitimate injuries and claims. On the other hand we have extensive experience investigating fraudulent or malingering claims, and we will fight these type claims with all available resources.
Travel Reimbursement
Travel is a part of your job, and we believe you should be reimbursed for it. We offer a generous reimbursement for round-trip travel, tax-exempt. The reimbursement is based on actual mileage traveled to and from the assignment. No receipts are necessary. The reimbursement will be paid to you in full during the first week of your assignment.
Licensure Reimbursement
PPR will reimburse you for all of the expenses related to obtaining state licensure for your assignment. You are reimbursed your very first week of work.
401(k)
PPR offers a 401(k) retirement plan. This plan is an easy and convenient way for you to save for your retirement. Your contribution also reduces your taxable income! After six months of employment, all PPR employees are eligible for a 401(k) retirement plan. PPR will match your contribution $.50 on the dollar up to 6% of your salary and you are 100% vested immediately. It's a remarkably effective way of providing for your retirement.

Referral Bonus
Do you know a friend who wants to travel? If you refer a traveler
to PPR and he or she takes and completes an assignment, you will receive a
$1000 referral bonus.

Quality Management
Hospitals and healthcare facilities require documentation from travelers prior to the starting an assignment. PPR has an entire staff to assist you in getting your documents to us in a timely manner. You are given your own personal QM staff coordinator who understands the specific requirements for any facility in which you may choose to be placed and who is willing to answer any questions you may have. PPR covers the cost of your drug screen and titers, as well as assists you in finding a laboratory as close as possible to your home. Reminders are sent to you when documents, such as licensure and certification, are nearing their expiration dates. PPR has a clinician on staff for you to share clinical concerns you may have about the assignment.
