Job Description: Staff Accountant The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Accounting and Finance (A&F) team. They report to the Controller. Primary Responsibilities:- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files
- Perform account reconciliations
- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
- Assist and review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes
- Provide support to Controller and CFO
- Utilize Accounting software (MAS 90)
- Fixed asset tracking and reconciliation (using FAS software)
- Perform financial analysis (MS Excel)
- Manage Contract tracking (Contract Analyst software)
- Manage Treasury services with Bank (Positive Pay, Direct)
- Review ACH file transmittals
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Controller and CFO
Requirements: Bachelors degree; a Bachelors in Accounting with at least 1 year accounting experience preferred

- A Recruiter is responsible for selling candidates on PPR's jobs, benefits, services and recruits them to PPR for travel assignments or perm placement opportunities
- This position is responsible for both growth in employee count as well as maintaining and retaining employees on payroll
- Recruiters also own the sales cycle and process from A-Z. Recruiters are the first person to talk to the candidate when they come over as a new lead, as well as the
person who handles the placement details and some administrative duties
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize PPR database to prospect new and old leads to fill open orders
- Call new, warm leads on a daily basis
- Make 40-80 outbound calls on a daily basis
- Match candidates on open orders and sell open orders to candidates
- Build candidate profiles, including resume, references and skills checklists
- Maintain accurate and updated information on candidates
- Build Nurse/Allied count-increase
- on payroll

- Manage current book and retain employees
- Build great relationships with teammates and candidates
- Update Alexis with the most accurate information to ensure future placements and opportunities
- Manage paperwork and new hire responsibilities with each placement
- Manage at-risk process
- Leads are generated and distributed 24/7, be available during weekends or off hours to contact leads
- Dedication to work 45-50 hours a week and stay late to reach candidates
- Learn and understand all benefits and services
- Use training techniques and tips that are provided by PPR
- Manage gross profit results and expectations
- Build and manage pipeline at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred
Experience Required and/or preferred:
- Recruitment or sales
- Phone exposure (customer service, sales, etc.)
- Account Management, inside sales, outside sales
- Selling or closing deals through consultative selling techniques
- Past training experience
- Track record of career success and/or longevity in other jobs

- Strong sales skills (telemarketing and relationship-based)
- Strong technical and computer skills

Current Opening: Client Account Manager
Reports to Senior Vice President
- The Client Account Manager is responsible for growing their geographic territory through increasing revenue and increasing the number of accounts with open positions and generating revenue.
- The position is responsible for the on-going management of existing clients within their geographic territory, along with designated regional or national accounts that may be assigned at their Manager’s discretion.
- Internally manage, sell and interact with the PPR Sales Team, Customer Service and all departments and team members within PPR.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize PPR database to prospect new accounts & obtain new contracts with open positions.
- Utilize PPR database to find and match candidates to the applicable open positions posted by current clients.
- Review new and renewal contracts (and addenda) and submit suggestions to their manager for review and approval.
- Make 50 outbound calls per day to a combination of prospect and current clients.
- Work with recruiters every day to match the right candidates to the proper positions.
- Be a client advocate while driving towards PPR’s and PPR Recruitment’s goals.
- Update open positions within PPR’s database on a daily and weekly basis and insure that their territory database is updated and correct at all times.
- Manage the RFP process for their territory, with the support of other team members.
- Work with 3 rd-party organizations to grow relationships and revenue (including hospital associations, vendor managers, and group purchasing organizations).
- Actively use consultative selling techniques to build relationships externally & internally to PPR. Participating in sales development programs and showing advancement
of those skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

- Minimum 3 years phone sales experience in a service industry
- Minimum 2 years experience managing customer account and delivering customer service.
Preferences:
- Experience selling and closing deals through consultative selling techniques
- Formal sales training
- Experience working with a remote manager
Skills, Knowledge and Ability:
- Strong sales skills (telemarketing and relationship-based)
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Experience using CRM databases to manage sales processes
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Market.
