NP & PA

Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant positions are available for completing in-home, Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage Plan Members in multiple states. Schedules are tailored around YOUR flexibility. Available hours are 8a to 7p, 7 days per week. Compensation is paid per visit and is paid weekly. We cover the cost of malpractice and professional liability insurance for clinicians working on the project. Practitioners are not responsible for providing treatment of any kind. • Visits are home based
• A Health Risk Assessment summarizes a patient’s healthcare status
• Clients are Medicare Advantage patients
• Clinicians are paid per visit
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Part-time or full-time

• Training provided
• Practitioners are not responsible for providing treatment or prescriptions of any kind
• Scheduling is done for you
• Schedules are designed to put you in one zip code per day (not all over town!)
• Schedules are provided to you via a secured website
• Completed charts can be turned in through a secure fax line, straight from your home
• Must be currently licensed as an NP or PA
• Current BLS certification
