PPR Travelers are in good ‘Company’ according to Joint Commission Study

The Joint Commission conducted a recent pilot test project for standardizing Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) performance measures. More than 80 Health Care Staffing organizations volunteered to participate in the pilot test project and 20 organizations were selected, including PPR Healthcare Staffing.

In the performance measure of Personnel File Audit, PPR scored an average of 99%. This result is 30% higher than the average among the 20 selected certified organizations. Based on the Personnel File Audit measure, PPR demonstrated due diligence in assuring our HCSS staff competence and ability to practice safely and legally. The measure rate is based on Job Appropriate Credentials, Competency, Health Status and Criminal Background Checks to the number of active clinical staff.

PPR is committed to ensure that all Personnel Files are compliant based on The Joint Commission Performance Measurement Standard. This commitment allows PPR to get travelers started faster with fewer delays.
